「Google Workspace for Education 帳戶閒置政策」更新，閒置定義： 凡 2 年（24 個月）內完全未使用之 Google Workspace for Education 帳戶（包含學生及教職員帳戶），將被 Google 視為「閒置帳戶」。
經 Google 判定為閒置帳戶，Google公司有權刪除該帳戶及其所有相關資料（包含 Gmail 郵件、雲端硬碟檔案、相簿照片等）
請學校同仁注意2年內至少登入該帳戶1次，避免被google公司刪除帳戶及其所有相關資料。
